I came to Canada from the Philippines at the tender age of 6 and settled in Manitoba for one year before moving to Toronto, Ontario. I am an HR Professional with over 16 years' experience. Similarly, I have worked in the transportation industry in equal time. I graduated from York University with a degree in Political Science, and completed my graduate program in Human Resources Management from Centennial College. I am currently at CHRL, a designation given by the Human Resources Professional Association of Ontario and also hold designations as a Certified Personnel Consultant, and CCLP through the CITT Association as a Transportation Professional. I have held numerous senior leadership roles in HR including Director and VP of HR. With that said, I got into this profession because I truly wanted to help others. In this way, in real estate, I work in the similar fashion and look out for my client's best interests.

The difference between my approach and with others is that I am not shy to lose a deal in the interest of my clients. This is also not my primary occupation, which is why I am not one to "hunt" or look for financial gain. Instead, I truly work for my clients for their absolute best interest. I also work with one client at a time and never work with multiple clients to provide them my 100% attention and time. Sometimes, I do have to turn down a client for this simple rule. If time is of the essence, we will find a way to make it work.
